o Issues: The special pavers on 3rd Ave require special concrete foundations for the benches to be installed. It is likely that the sidewalk is not wide enough to locate a bench in the frontage zone against the building. Need to further investigate possibility of locating bench on Davis in the furnishing zone along the Festival street. There may be challenges with the materials.
